Shipping Returns Warranty
Add items to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process to get a shipping quote. The site quotes live shipping rates for US Postal Service. Most items ship from our shop.
Note that shipping times quoted for US Postal Service are ESTIMATES. Postal shipments are NOT guaranteed in terms of time to delivery.
Also note that SHIPPING times do not include order processing time (2-4 Business days). We need time to pack and ship your order, and we do that on weekdays only.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping and insurance on non-warranty returns is the responsibility of the customer. If you cancel your order prior to shipping its 15% restocking fee.
If you do need to return something, call us or email. We'll give you a Return Authorization number, plus specific instructions on how to return the part, and what your credit/refund options are. Please don't just drop the part in a box and return it to us with no explanation; we will refuse the shipment if it does not have an R.A. number written on the outside of the box.
Note that if you decide to return an item and it's not something that we did wrong, you will be responsible for return shipping. We do not issue return labels simply because the customer had a change of heart, or ran out of money, or crashed the bike in question, or decided to "go in another direction." (Yes, we hear all these reasons a surprising amount of times.)
Warranty on Hard Parts
We provide a limited lifetime warranty on all of our in house PBM products functionality to the original purchaser. IE: If your linkage “fails” we will replace it or the parts of concern.
However this does not include finishes/coatings like: anodize/chrome/powder or paint as these processes can be broken down by a number of variables outside of our control - primarily cleaning solutions, road salt, direct sunlight etc. (although all our coatings are enhanced with UV protections this does not guarantee they will not be affected negatively especially if cleaning solutions have stripped portions of coating prior to exposure)
